It's not only Inwood, it's all over Manhattan. I live in Penn South, Chelsea, and two 30-story buildings are going up within a block of each other, where there used to be one-story buildings with a Rite Aid and a CVS. Two blocks away, an 8-story building is replacing a supermarket. It's a miracle that it's only 8 stories.
