I'm presently reading THE GREATEST BEER RUN EVER BY Chick Donahue and realized that I omitted an active bar near 10th Ave.- Doc Fiddlers. Located on the west side of Sherman Ave. just north of Isham St., it is the alpha and omega of the plot to make a beer run to Viet Nam in the late 60's. Could Doc Fiddler's be the bar Christine Ann was thinking of ?
